• After you complete the membership application found below,  there is an approval process needed to activate the membership.  Go to the Membership Policy page for all details, after you complete the membership form.

• The SWC Membership year is based on your Join Date, and will renew automatically with notices sent to your registered email account.

• Automatic renewal notices are generated 14 days prior to expiration date, payable online through this website. Memberships are considered Lapsed if not paid within 90 days of the renewal invoice.  Lapsed members are required to pay the lapsed invoice before rejoining the club.

• After you complete the membership application, there is an approval process needed to activate the membership.  You should receive an email with all of the details, including:
• 1. Read the SWC membership policy, Leave No Trace document and the SWC Clubhouse Policy found here

  2. Each adult member in the membership must fill out the SWC Membership Activation form to acknowledge you have read and agree to follow these policies. 

  3. Once your acknowledgement has been received, we will activate your membership after 10 days, and your participation in the Club can begin.  

  4. If you do not receive the SWC Member Activation, or have any questions, please email swcchatter@gmail.com.

• Family memberships may consist of up to eight related family members, including children under age 18.  This membership is only available to a MAXIMUM of 2 related adults (spouses or partners), along with minor children or grandchildren, under age 18.  Examples: Parent(s) and minor children, or legal guardian and minor children, grandparents and minor grandchildren or couples/ partners. 

• Single memberships are only available to persons age 18 or older.  Children age 18 or older must have their own Single membership.  If you do not respond to notices about age 18 or older requiring a Single membership, then we will remove them from your Family membership.

• In addition to the automated renewal,  you will receive the following types of communication from the club: Newsletter, event announcements, surveys or other club notices.  If you do not want to receive additional info, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the "Unsubscribe" link found near the bottom of the communication, or you can be more selective by accessing your profile and adjust your email preferences there.

• Memberships are non-refundable.
• Membership rules related to the Clubhouse:

- Membership is not fully activated until payment is made and Membership policies acknowledged 

- New member applications left unpaid after 30 days will be considered abandoned and then deleted from our database

• Alert - Snail mail payments may take between 2 - 3 weeks to be fully processed!
