Announcing the SWC Early Season Ski Clinic Dec 7 - 10, 2023!

When and Where:  Thursday December 7 to Sunday December 10,  Stowe Vermont area.

Who? The Clinic is sponsored by the Schenectady Wintersports Club in conjunction with the Stowe Mountain Ski School. There are lessons available for both skiers and snowboarders with a student to instruction ratio of about 9 to 1.   This clinic offers instruction for all levels,  even those who have never skied or ridden before!

What's the Plan?  Kick off the weekend Thursday Night with a Welcome Party mixer.at the Stowe Motel.  Friday features a morning free skiing warm-up,  and afternoon 1/2 day instruction, Saturday consists of all day instruction, and Sunday 1/2 day instruction in the morning, afternoon free skiing.  There are also many  activities in the Stowe area for non-skiers.

Where will we stay?  Clinic lodging will be provided at the SWC Clubhouse in Waterbury Center and the Stowe Motel on the mountain road.  All lodging is only available through the Clinic registration and payment system.  Do not contact the Stowe Motel directly or try use the SWC reservation system to make individual reservations.

Registration:  Complete your required full registration form through this announcement. This form will be used to assign room reservations and calculate the full Clinic price and class assignments.

How Much: A deposit of $60 is required to save a space in the Clinic.  All rooms will be assigned in the order of deposit payment.  Invoices for full payment will be issued after room and lesson confirmation. Registration and payment is due by October 17.

Lift tickets are not included in the Clinic price.  Epic Local Passes and Epic 3 Day Passes from www.epicpass.com are the least expensive way to participate in the Clinic.
