Great Race for spectators!! Easy put-in/take-out. There are many locations for camping, lodging, food, hiking, biking, and visiting historical sites. Plan to stay the weekend to enjoy all that Newcomb has to offer!
Location: Race starts and ends on the town beach of Lake Harris, Newcomb, NY
NO DOGS are allowed in the beach area!!
Courses: 10-mile marathon, 5-mile recreational, and short-course for youth
Entry fee: $20 - Each racer receives a post-race meal ticket. Spectators and families are encouraged to support the food vendor.

First start: 11:00am
- Coastguard-approved PFDs must be available, and/or worn as per type, for each paddler. All paddlers age 12 and under must WEAR their PFD while in the boat.
- Each boat must have a whistle or comparable signaling device.
- Please also adhere to current CDC guidelines for masks and distancing.
Waiver form: Please fill out completely and sign to be handed in at race.
