This is only a Hosted Meal Sign Up. You must also Book your room at the SWC Clubhouse using the BOOK REGISTRATION link for the dates of the event. 

We are hosting at the SWC Clubhouse from Thursday 2/12 to Tuesday 2/15. There will be a happy hour every evening at 4 pm (byob and bring an appetizer to share). Dinner is usually at 7 pm, but we adjust according to the crowd. We will have activities for adults and kids throughout the weekend. There will also be a Sunday cheese tasting from a local cheese maker.

REGISTRATION FOR MEALS WILL BE OPEN LATER THIS YEAR.

There will always be kids options by request (pasta, hot dogs). John will make a full breakfast each morning.

If you choose not to have dinner at the clubhouse, make your restaurant reservations early.
