    Recently learned that Cascade Ski Area in Lake Placid is now owned by ADK.  ADK members ski for free.  If you aren't a member, Adult rate is $15,  Children 6 - 12 years $8.00 and 5 or Under ski for free.

    They also have snowshoe rentals, ski tuning and mounting, plus equipment sales.
