Catskills hikes, 2023 Sherrill and Northdome are on my hit list before the vegetation gets too thick.

    Hi, I am interested in hiking Catskill hikes with other hikers of SWC. We can car pool, or just meet at the trailhead/parking areas.

    Interested in collaboration for longer trailless hikes and longer through hikes.

    Mt. Sherrill and North Dome are on my hit list before the vegetation gets too thick. But, if you would like to do trailed, or shorter hikes, I am game for any of them.

    I am pursuing peak-bagging, but would gladly rehike any hike.

    If you are interested in this hike, or any others please contact me, and we can schedule something and put it on the forum here.

    Hi Greg,

    Thank you for sharing your hiking interests here on our website.  I realize this is pretty late as a response, but I want you to know I appreciate your participation (I am the webmaster).

    Use and adoption of the forums has been slow since we implemented the site this last January.  One of the things I am thinking of trying is communicating by text messaging (new available feature on our site).

    In the meantime, I have posted some info about hikes north of where I live in Saratoga, and also an interesting article about Chestertown hiking.  It sounds like you are located near the Catskills?  I would love to post info from you about hikes in your area.  If you would like to submit some info, please email me at swcchatter.com
